Our financial advisory services began in 2005 advising on the acquisition of middle-market companies on behalf of financial partners. Over the last fifteen years, we have identified more than $4.1 billion of investment opportunities in 27 platform companies and more than 50 platform acquisitions and divestments.
Operating under their own management, companies we advise each function on an independent basis. As advisers, we provide oversight and strategic leadership to companies in the areas of process improvement, acquisitions, joint ventures and strategic alliances.
